Digital Tools — 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you purchase any of our digital tools (Prompt Playbook, Workflow Automation Guide, ROI Calculator, or the Starter Bundle) and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.
AI Readiness Assessment
Because the AI Readiness Assessment involves personalized work and analysis, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet submitted your assessment questionnaire. Once your assessment has been submitted and your report is in preparation, we are unable to offer a refund — but we will work with you to ensure you're satisfied with your results.
Custom Consulting Services
For custom consulting engagements, cancellation terms are outlined in your project agreement. Generally, work completed prior to cancellation is billable. Deposits are non-refundable once a project kickoff call has been scheduled.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at hello@clearpathaipro.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. We process all refunds within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
